Thomaston's own

Watts Hall

Watts Hall was originally built in 1890 for the town of Thomaston by Captain Samuel Watts.  He wanted the town to have a gathering and performing space - the hall itself - and  spaces to generate income for the town.

Our involvement

We have been called in a few times to quickly prepare rental spaces for incoming tenants.

Going forward we hope to remain the first solution for a unique and historic building.

Overall we are working for the building, in this case separating spaces for rent to different tenants.

And we've begun the possibly lifelong job of repairs, in this case an exterior door that couldn't be secured.

Matt got a new office,

Jessica got a studio,

and Jo's shop got a bathroom.
